1.1 Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Service Level Agreement (SLA), our SSH Policy (SSHP), our Abuse Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that apply to specific services.
1.2 Modifications to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
1.3 Fraud Detection: Albion Hosting uses FraudLabs for fraud detection and monitoring of transactions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if suspicious activity is detected. Accounts flagged by FraudLabs as high-risk will be subject to further review, and we may request additional verification before providing services.
1.4 Right to Refuse Service: We may refuse service to any individual or entity at our discretion, including those flagged by fraud detection systems.
2.1 Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use our services.
2.2 Age Requirement: If you are under 15 years of age, you must obtain parental or legal guardian consent to use our services.
2.3 Legal Restrictions: You must not be prohibited by law from receiving or providing services.
2.4 Suspension Status: You must not be currently suspended from using our services.
2.5 Communication Channel: You must maintain a valid email address for communication purposes.
3.1 Suspension or Termination: Albion Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time without notice if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, or if there is a breach of these Terms or related policies. Services may also be terminated for violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
3.2 No Refunds for Termination: Accounts that are suspended or terminated due to fraudulent activity, violations, or suspicious behavior will not be entitled to a refund.
4.1 General Refund Period: A 14-day refund policy is offered for most services from the date of purchase, subject to the exclusions below.
4.2 Non-Refundable Services: Dedicated Servers, Add-ons, Backups, Control Panels, and cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable.
4.3 Refund Process: Refunds will be processed at Albion Hosting’s discretion. They may be issued as account credit or refunded via the original payment method.

5.1. Requesting a Quote: Clients must submit a detailed request outlining the work they wish to have completed. Albion Hosting will review the request and provide a quote based on the scope, complexity, and estimated hours of work. All work will be billed hourly, and the rate will be clearly stated in the quote. The quote must be accepted by the client before work begins.

In the event of cancellation after work has started, Albion Hosting reserves the right to revert the website to the most recent backup or leave it in its current state, depending on the progress made.

6.2 Suspension or Termination for Abuse: Accounts engaged in abusive behavior will be suspended or terminated without prior notice or refund. Refer to our Abuse Policy for full details.
7.1 Affiliate Eligibility: The affiliate program allows clients to earn account credit for referring new customers to Albion Hosting. All affiliates must comply with these Terms and our Affiliate Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Affiliate Earnings: Affiliate earnings will be credited to your account as account credit. Earnings are not redeemable for cash.
7.3 Affiliate Misuse: Affiliates who misuse or fraudulently exploit the affiliate system will have their accounts terminated, and any earned credits will be forfeited.
8.1 GDPR Compliance: Albion Hosting complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for customers in the EU, the UK Data Protection Act, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for US customers.
8.2 Personal Data: We collect, store, and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and consent to our data processing practices.
8.3 Data Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, as well as the right to restrict or object to processing. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.
8.4 International Transfers: By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your data outside your country of residence, including to the EU, UK, and US, in compliance with applicable laws.

11.1 Automatic Renewals: Services will automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

11.3 Late Fees: A late fee may be applied to overdue invoices. Services will be suspended if payments are not received within 7 days of the due date.

14.1 DMCA Compliance: Albion Hosting complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will take action on notices of alleged copyright infringement.
14.2 Notice Procedure: If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact our designated DMCA agent, and follow the procedure outlined in our DMCA Policy.
15.1 SSH Access: Use of Secure Shell (SSH) is governed by our SSH Policy. You agree to follow the rules regarding the use of SSH on our servers. Please refer to the SSH Policy for more details.
