Hi, there was an issue with our ticket system which in turn caused an issue with our mailing server. The issue has now been resolved and our ticket and mailing server should be functioning as intended once again!
Action Taken:
Disabled auto Reply for NEW TICKETS
Updated the auto email piping for NEW TICKETS
Due to it being the Holidays we didn't notice until the server alerted us, we'll be modifying that as well so we'll be alerted sooner if the server can't correct the issue itself.
